You’re back in town from your long awaited vacation: your cruise down the Seine from Paris to Le Havre. A wonderful trip, but long, and now you’re heading north on Little Neck Road; the calming thought of your cozy home comforts you. You pass St. Nick’s and Kings Grant Presbyterian Churches and turn right on Kings Grant Road. One more block and your turn left onto Old Kirkwood then zip into the driveway.
With a sigh of relief, YOU ARE HOME!

The walkway leads you up the path to the front door and into the foyer you go. You notice its gleaming flooring. Into the open living room to the left you stroll padding along on the oak hardwood which extends through into the dining room where your table is elegantly set for your next dinner gala.

Then it’s into the kitchen, the glistening granite countertops welcome you as does your refrigerator from which you rescue a bottle of cold Chateau St. Jean Chardonnay. With glass in hand, you walk through the kitchen and enter your family room. The fireplace is ready for the next chilly fall evening. You look out the rear windows to the private back yard. Tranquility at its finest. One more pass through the kitchen for a refill, then you head to the southern end of the house where the bedrooms are.

Three comfortable bedrooms, including the master, are there waiting for you. Hardwood floors are everywhere. Granite graces the counters in both the master bath & hall bath.

You go back toward the kitchen pausing for a short refill and walk into the back yard and are greeted by longtime residents, Roger & Elaine. Savoring the serenity and sipping your icy wine, you fire up your grill and reflect on your amazing new home in Little Neck’s Kings Grant community. Life is indeed good.
